Starting Sunday May 25th through September 21st 2025 the cottage is only available by the week arriving and departing on Sundays. The rate per day is 349.00 and includes all taxes, fees and cleaning of the house and hot tub. Linens, bath and beach towels are also included.
From April 18th 2025 to May 24th and from September 22nd to November 4th the cottage is available for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Pet, cleaning and reservation fees are included in the listed price.
